Research Profile - NHS Doncaster CCG and NHS Bassetlaw CCG

NHS Doncaster CCG and NHS Bassetlaw CCG are committed to ensuring the Doncaster community have access to a range of high quality healthcare services, including those delivered by General Practitioners, Dentists, Pharmacists and Optometrists.

NHS Doncaster CCG covers 44 practices of which 32 are either currently engaged in research, or have expressed an interest in considering future research studies approved within the Doncaster CCG.  In order to further increase research activity within the area, the Clinical Research Network (CRN) have introduced a ‘cluster model’ of which 4 practices in Doncaster have received funding and one GP acts as 'cluster lead'.

NHS Bassetlaw CCG covers 10 practices of which 3 are either currently engaged in research, or have expressed an interest in considering future research studies approved within the Bassetlaw CCG.
